We use structured, evidence-based techniques such as emotion labeling, social stories, visual schedules, calming strategies, role-playing, and positive reinforcement to improve emotional control and expressive language. When speech or language delays contribute to emotional outbursts, therapy focuses on building the vocabulary and confidence needed to communicate feelings effectively.

Parental involvement is key, and we guide families on how to respond to emotional outbursts, establish routines, and use tools like emotion charts and sensory breaks at home. If required, we coordinate care with psychologists for deeper behavioral and emotional assessments.
